How should I start using the system? How does my dog know where the boundary is without a physical wire?
We strongly advise using the included remote control to train your dog first, vibration, or static correction means move back or return to the safe area.
GPS collar will automatically trigger these warnings when they reach your custom app boundary.
Do I need to bury a wire?
No. This is a wireless GPS dog fence system, so there is no buried wire and no digging required.
Is this a wireless dog fence or a training collar?
It is both. The system includes a GPS wireless dog fence function in the app and a remote trainer for teaching your dog how to respond to cues.
Can I use one remote for multiple dogs?
Yes. The included remote has a 1 and 2 channel switch, allowing you to control and train up to 2 dogs with a single remote (you will need a second collar). Furthermore, our free phone app can manage up to 5 collars simultaneously.
